Update Internal Dashboard - Lease management tracker file with the contract as well as with headcount data and keep it real-time. Assist in tracking Rent payments against contracts and submit to AP at least 7 days prior to month-end. Share the project status tracker of each office\'s progress with the manager and Director of Facilities. Parking management to match with invoices and resources General Vendors Co-ordination Collaborate and work with IT during the new office move in making sure all work is completed prior to the move-in date. Conduct frequent audits to verify that the rent payment is matching with the lease agreement. Assist in identifying new properties for Collabera branch offices, and work with the facilities manager in Identifying the ideal property for each location. Assist in ordering new office supplies when a new office is opened and do the necessary vendor coordination so that the supplies are delivered and installed prior to the actual move-in date. Invoice submissions to AP - payments co-ordination Well-versed in Excel, Auto CAD, Project Management trackers Eager to learn new things and continue to bring innovative ideas and trends from the industry Excellent business communication skills
