Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance operations of our facility, including all electrical work, restaurant upkeep, and kitchen equipment repair. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and safely, while maintaining a high standard of service and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, oversee, and execute daily maintenance operations across the facility. Personally

perform electrical works

including installation, repair, and troubleshooting of wiring, fixtures, and control systems. Handle

all types of plumbing works

such as fixing leaks, installing or repairing pipelines, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures. Take full responsibility for

engineering-related repairs and maintenance

as needed, not limited to supervision but including hands-on execution when required. Ensure

restaurant infrastructure and kitchen equipment

(e.g., ovens, chillers, grills, fryers, dishwashers) are properly maintained and repaired. Step in to personally

carry out repairs and maintenance

tasks when technicians or team members are unavailable. Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks and resolve issues proactively to avoid breakdowns. Maintain a log of maintenance activities, repair history, and inventory of tools and spare parts. Supervise and train the maintenance team, ensuring high performance and accountability. Work with external contractors/vendors when specialized services are needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards. Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls to minimize downtime. Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the facility, especially during peak hours or critical breakdowns.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or food & beverage industry. Technical expertise in

electrical, plumbing, and general engineering works

. Proven ability to work independently and perform repairs personally when needed. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage a small team and multitask in a dynamic environment. Diploma/ITI in Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical or equivalent certification preferred.
Salary: 30k to 35k (Based On Interview)
