Job Description

Job Summary:


Oversee and coordinate the maintenance and smooth functioning of office facilities, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:



Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems. Manage and supervise external vendors and service providers. Ensure prompt resolution of repair and maintenance requests. Monitor facility conditions and ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Assist with office space planning and improvements. Support budgeting for maintenance and repair activities. Collaborate with Admin and IT teams to resolve facility-related issues. Identify problems, recommend solutions, and implement effective actions. Make informed decisions to maintain smooth facility operations.

Qualifications:



Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in facility maintenance or operations. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Preference given to candidates based in Ernakulam.
