Job Summary:


Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the maintenance and smooth operation of office facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems. Manage and supervise external vendors and service providers. Ensure timely resolution of repair and maintenance requests. Monitor facility conditions and safety compliance. Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Assist in planning and executing office space arrangements or improvements. Support budget management for maintenance and repair activities. Collaborate with the Admin and IT teams to address facility-related issues. Identify problems, propose solutions, and implement effective resolutions. Make informed decisions to ensure smooth and efficient facility operations..

Qualifications:



Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field. 1+ years of experience in facility maintenance or operations. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Preference given to candidates from Ernakulam.
