Job Description
Facility Executive at Hubli Good at English & Kannada Communication 3-5 years of experience Age group not more than 38 years JD Monitoring of Housekeeping & Landscaping related activities Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports Taking facility rounds and find out snags Effectively manage Facility team to ensure an on time deliverable system. Routinely Inspect all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained Ownership of the Day to day administration, including reports generation of the stocks tracker. Inspect the turn out and attendance of the staff and sign the shift register Oversee the pantry equipment and reprographic equipment operations during the shift and identify issues and take necessary actions Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in and initiate immediate rectification actions Monitoring the Food court activities. Involve in Vendor staff Training & Development. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Schedule:
