Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to timelines. Coordinate the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative team environment. Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring continuous improvement and success. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Proven experience in managing large-scale electrical projects within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully implement innovative solutions. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective collaboration. Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent. Experience with green building standards and balanced construction practices. Proficiency in electrical design software and tools. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a passion for continuous learning and development.
