A role you will love.
The Facilities Coordinator will cover the full spectrum of facilities services and provision and will support the business, department and Facilities Manager with the management of the property portfolio under the department's control. In particular the role will be the focal point for IFM & 3rd party contractor coordination of hard and soft Facility Management services and associated health & safety, compliance and legislative management within the team. The role will also involve being fully committed within the team in ensuring the day to day operations and business as usual activities of the properties and to ensure buildings are maintained to a high standard. The role holder will also be a point of contact in the Facilities Manager's absence or if the Facilities Manager is located remotely.
