Role Overview:
Responsible for overall management of a co-working center, ensuring smooth operations, strong member experience, effective facility management, and financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, facility upkeep, vendor coordination, and safety compliance
Act as the main point of contact for members and ensure high customer satisfaction
Monitor occupancy, revenue performance, and prepare management reports
Manage billing, budgeting, contracts, and cost control
Lead on-site staff and coordinate with service partners
Follow escalation processes, communication protocols, and handle incidents promptly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
