Job Description



:

Manage the office administration
Manage the inventory.
Manage the housekeeping staff.
Manage and book travels for employees.
Manage the courier vendor and support department for any courier or transfers.
Prepare POS and Purchase Order and process vendor invoices.
Invoice and Budget Control.
Daily management of Company assets, Area, Pantry / Canteen, and stationery.
Planning of Monthly and annual maintenance activities.
Day to Day administration activities and follow-ups.
Set up workspace for the Employees.
Be accountable and take ownership of tasks until completed.
Maintain databases for relevant activities.
Will ensure statutory compliance of the facility.
Vendor management and follow-up
Ensure safe work environment.
Coordination with builders for anything related to building issues and rectification if any.
Coordination with builders for monthly power consumption and ensure readings are matching on the 1st day of subsequent month.
Preparation of 52-week calendar for PM activity, ensure weekly, monthly, quarterly schedules are completed as per schedule.
Verify contractor bills for accuracy and certification of quantity.
Overseeing all building systems including fire/life safety, HVAC, Electrical, Electronics, Plumbing and all critical utilities.



Job Location: MUMBAI
Qualification: Graduate Degree
Required Experience: 3 - 5 years
