Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and overseeing all facility operations, administrative services, and support functions in the manufacturing unit. Ensure smooth functioning of infrastructure, compliance with statutory requirements, cost control, and providing a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Management
Oversee maintenance, repair, and upkeep of factory buildings, offices, utilities, and other infrastructure.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), facility services, housekeeping, and security.
Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities (electricity, water, HVAC, DG sets, etc.) with minimal downtime.
Monitor workplace safety, fire protection systems, and emergency preparedness.
Implement energy-saving and cost-control initiatives.
Administration
Supervise general administration including housekeeping, cafeteria, transport, guesthouse, and employee amenities.
Manage contracts, vendor negotiations, and procurement of office supplies/equipment.
Ensure statutory compliance for facility licenses, factory-related permissions, and environmental requirements.
Coordinate with government/local authorities on permits and inspections.
Employee Support Services
Manage employee transport, travel arrangements, and accommodation requirements.
Ensure availability of basic amenities for workers (canteen, drinking water, sanitation facilities).
Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
Budgeting & Reporting
Prepare and monitor facility & admin budgets, track expenses, and control costs.
Maintain MIS reports on facilities utilization, expenses, and compliance.
Recommend improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of facility & admin operations in a manufacturing setup.
Familiarity with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards and statutory compliance.
Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (preferred
Graduate (any discipline). Postgraduate in Administration/Management preferred.
Salary - 20000 - 30000 per month.
Preferred Language - Hindi, English & Telugu.
