Key responsibilities


Handling larger Facility, Cafeteria Management, Vendor Management, Hospitality, Conclusion of Annual Maintenance Contracts, Financial aspects to include Budget Management and Procurement processes, SEZ and STPI Process, BMS, Dealing with Statutory bodies, Transport operations, Safety and security of workplace

Required Skills


Knowledge and experience / aptitude related to General Administration, Hospitality, operations management, security services, facility management, planning performance management, resource management, fire prevention processes, firefighting systems and BMS. Well versed with MS office applications and MIS. Should be a team player

Procurement processes, contract management, liaison with govt authorities.

Be a responsible, dedicated person, willing to work beyond the normal call o f duty and contribute to the team.

Vendor Management, Transport operations management. basic knowledge on power distribution systems, Building Management and automation System.
