Position Summary

The

Senior Facilitator - Community Awareness

will play a key role in designing, implementing, and monitoring community engagement programs to create awareness on key social issues and mobilize communities to participate in NIIT Foundation's initiatives. This role will focus on capacity-building, facilitation of workshops, and fostering strong relationships with community stakeholders to ensure impactful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Implementation & Facilitation

Design and deliver interactive community awareness sessions, workshops, and campaigns. Use participatory and innovative facilitation techniques to engage community members effectively. Support the rollout of community outreach activities in alignment with project goals and timelines.

2. Community Engagement & Mobilization

Build strong rapport with community stakeholders, local leaders, and beneficiaries. Mobilize communities to participate in foundation initiatives, training programs, and awareness drives. Act as the primary point of contact for community concerns and feedback.

3. Monitoring & Reporting

Track participation, impact, and outcomes of community sessions. Maintain accurate records and prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders. Provide insights and recommendations to improve program reach and effectiveness.

4. Collaboration & Partnerships

Liaise with local NGOs, government bodies, and other stakeholders to amplify community outreach efforts. Represent NIIT Foundation at local forums, meetings, and awareness events.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
