About the Role: As a Facilitator, your role is pivotal in shaping students\' future in Government ITIs. You\'ll lead engaging sessions on innovation, entrepreneurship, and employability, fostering a network of innovation among students, trainers, and the local community. Your role extends to connecting students with green job opportunities, supporting them in developing innovative ideas and providing post-placement mentorship. Additionally, meticulous documentation and reporting, along with active participation in team activities, are essential to ensure the success of these transformative programs. Roles & Responsibilities : (a) Facilitation & Training in ITIs: Conduct engaging sessions on Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Employability at ITIs. Develop and nurture a robust network of innovation enthusiasts among trainers, students, principals, and the local community, focusing on green innovations. Stay updated on market trends and innovation skills, ensuring the effective implementation of innovation curriculum activities. Ensure all students in Government ITIs in Kadri Hills, Mangalore, undergo the Quest Alliance curriculum and report progress regularly. Follow the provided timetable for program activities in consultation with ITIs. Conduct Career Connect Activities and other activities as per Quest Alliance guidelines. Facilitate student connections to green self-employment and entrepreneurial opportunities. Undertake any additional tasks as required by Quest Alliance. Travel to other states as needed for capacity-building workshops and exposure opportunities. (b) Placements and Green Job Linkages: Connect students with local green entrepreneurs and apprenticeship opportunities. Conduct market scans to identify green innovation and entrepreneurial prospects. Identify and support students interested in green innovation and entrepreneurship. Provide post-placement support to students through mentoring and ideation. Support with Placement Activities whenever required by the team. (c) Documentation and Reporting: Ensure timely submission of program reports, including case studies and photographs. Keep student data updated in the database. Share monthly reports with ITI trainers and principals to inform them about our initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Innovation). Strong passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and youth development. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed. Familiarity with education and employability programs is a plus.
