Key Responsibilities:
Conduct activity-based sessions in classrooms.
Engage with students and explain concepts in a simple and interactive way.
Prepare and organize materials before each session.
Support the academic and project team with feedback and reporting.
Attend training sessions regularly to learn new methods and tools.
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills in English.
Comfortable speaking in front of students and managing a classroom.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow lesson plans and training guidelines.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant teaching or facilitation experience.
Should be stable, committed, and looking for a long-term association.
