Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Facets-Technical Azure and Microsoft SSIS along with domain expertise in Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively contribute to our projects during day shifts. The position does not require travel allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and ensure alignment with business goals. Utilize Facets-Technical expertise to optimize system performance and support business operations. Implement and manage Azure cloud solutions to improve scalability and efficiency. Develop and maintain data integration processes using Microsoft SSIS to ensure seamless data flow. Analyze and interpret payer domain requirements to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve system issues promptly. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Participate in the design and development of new product features to enhance user experience. Monitor and report on product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements for new projects. Ensure all product documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams. Facilitate training sessions to educate team members on new product features and updates. Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Facets-Technical Azure and Microsoft SSIS. Demonstrate expertise in the payer domain with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions. Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Show proficiency in data integration and cloud computing technologies. Display effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
