Provide technical expertise in the Payer domain guiding the team in implementing best practices and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.
Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Facets ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Facets-Technical processes and configurations.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
