As a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with expertise in Facets-Technical and Payer domain you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Responsibilities

Lead the development and enhancement of Facets-Technical solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. Oversee the integration of Facets with other systems ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Provide technical expertise in the Payer domain guiding the team in implementing best practices and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Facets ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Facets-Technical processes and configurations. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Facilitate training sessions for team members and stakeholders to enhance their understanding of Facets-Technical functionalities. Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and user experience. Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions and services. Support the product management team in defining product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market trends. Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance the capabilities of Facets-Technical solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Facets-Technical with a deep understanding of its functionalities and configurations. Demonstrate expertise in the Payer domain with a proven track record of successful project implementations. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Have experience working in a hybrid work model effectively collaborating with remote and onsite teams. Show proficiency in technical documentation and the ability to convey complex information clearly. Display strong communication skills capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
