Fulltime Bangalore, Hybrid
We're looking to hire a Junior Media Buyer for Meta Ads. The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of experience with managing a Meta Ad account. If you'd like to apply for this position, you should be able to quickly and efficiently launch creative tests and scale winning ads for great account performance. We're a Silicon Valley backed startup operating in India and selling to the US (currently expanding to other countries). We offer live 1-on-1 yoga and personal training via Zoom with Indian coaches to international clients. Our team is 40+ people, based out of Bangalore (though remote work welcome). We're a high skilled, fast paced team preparing to scale our company (and ads).

Responsibilities

- Lead creative generation & iteration to improve account performance


- Analyze ad performance through a funnel

Debug failing ad sets

- Understand how to structure Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads for reliable performance


- Structure an account for both scaling good ads and testing new creatives

Skills Needed

Organized - can organize 100s of creative tests, campaigns, naming conventions and document all learnings


Meticulous - pays attention to every detail of the ad setup to make sure each and every aspect is correct (including complex naming conventions, test across multiple countries)


Analytical - is great with excel or google sheets, can run complex pivot tables analyzing ad results to find nuances in the results and launch iterative tests based on the learnings


Creative - can lead efforts to make great images and videos for ads, understands the basics of copywriting and has an eye for design. Ideally you've studied many examples


Insightful - understands psychology and can leverage this to make ads that resonate deeply with our audience

Educational Qualification

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing, Digital Advertising, or Media Planning is a plus. Certifications in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or other digital marketing platforms will be an added advantage.
