Job Description

Looking for an exprienced Facebook marketing manager to handle our facebooks ads accounts of our demi fine jewelry brand. Detailed job description is as follows:

1. Should have good experience in handling facebook marketing of demi fine fashion e-commerce brand.

2. Candidate holding experience in handling marketing of jewelry brand will be pre-requisite.

3. Candidate has to achieve minimum of 2 targets on a monthly scale: A. Minimum 3.5 ROAS on adspent, B. Atleast 10 lacs of adspent per month which will be increased on monthly basis. It is the sole responsibility of the marketer to achieve both the targets as mutually discussed every month. Apart from the fixed pay, variable pay will only be paid upon fullfillment of minimum monthly targets.

4. Candidate must be able to provide last 6 months clear testimonials of the same or better results being achieved by him in facebook ads spent.

5. Daily to weekly meetings over gmeet/zoom to monitor and improve performance of ads.

6. Candidate must be willing to work on a direct payroll with us. Must be dedicated full time towards towards the marketing of our brands. Marketing agencies need not to apply.

Lastly, only serious candidates, with good portfolio of fashion brands and excellent track record of managing facebook ads with good ROAS and scale should apply.
