Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram

Set up ad groups, audiences, budgets, bidding strategies, and tracking.
Create effective ad copies, creatives (with design team), and audience targeting.
2. Performance Optimization
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for CPL, CTR, ROI, ROAS, and conversions.
A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments for better results.
Adjust strategies based on analytics and industry trends.
3. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
Analyze data using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.
Provide insights and strategic recommendations to improve performance.
4. Client & Team Coordination
Coordinate with content, design, and SEO teams for campaign requirements.
Understand client goals and align campaigns accordingly.
Communicate results, issues, and improvements regularly.
5. Platform Knowledge & Updates
Stay updated with changes in Google & Meta advertising policies.
Suggest innovative ad strategies to improve visibility and conversions.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in paid advertising across Google & Meta platforms.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads & YouTube Ads
.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup, and Conversion Tracking.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
