Role & Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage high-converting

Meta ad campaigns

. Optimize campaigns for

lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness

. Conduct

audience research & targeting

for precise results. Create & test

ad creatives, copies, and formats (carousel, video, stories, reels)

. Track & analyze

campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager

. Generate detailed

reports & insights

to improve campaign ROI. Stay updated with the

latest Meta ads trends, policies, and strategies

Requirements

Proven experience in

Facebook & Instagram Ads

management. Strong understanding of

CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and A/B testing

. Knowledge of

Pixel setup, retargeting, and conversion tracking

. Experience with

real estate, e-commerce, or lead-gen campaigns

(preferred). Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
