We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients in both lead generation and e-commerce.
The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on and strategic Facebook Ads Specialist with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Meta advertising ecosystem (Facebook & Instagram) and a proven ability to manage campaigns that drive tangible results for both lead generation and e-commerce businesses. This role requires a strong blend of analytical and creative skills to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and communicate effectively with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Plan, build, and launch comprehensive paid social media campaigns on the Meta advertising platform (Facebook & Instagram).
Lead Generation:
Develop and manage lead generation campaigns, focusing on optimizing for key metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL) and lead quality.
E-commerce & ROAS:
Expertise in running e-commerce campaigns, including dynamic product ads, and a focus on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Audience Targeting:
Conduct in-depth audience research and develop custom, lookalike, and interest-based audiences to ensure precise targeting for international markets.
Creative & Copywriting:
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals. A/B test ad creatives, formats, and placements to improve performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools. Analyze data to provide actionable insights, create detailed reports, and present results to clients.
Budget Management:
Manage and optimize advertising budgets effectively to achieve client KPIs and maximize ROI.
Client Communication:
Serve as a key point of contact for international clients, providing strategic recommendations, performance updates, and building strong relationships.
Stay Updated:
Keep up with the latest trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices within the Meta advertising ecosystem.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-6 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Proven expertise in both lead generation and e-commerce business models.
Must have prior experience working in a digital marketing agency and managing a portfolio of clients.
Demonstrable experience managing international clients, with an understanding of different market dynamics.
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Facebook Pixel implementation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
