Key Responsibilities

Develop, launch, and manage

high-converting Meta Ads campaigns

(Facebook, Instagram). Strategically lower

CPC & CPA

while improving ROAS across accounts. Conduct detailed

audience research

to identify profitable targeting opportunities. Implement

A/B split testing

for ad copy, creatives, and audience segments. Build and manage

remarketing funnels

to maximize conversions. Optimize campaign structures for scalability. Analyze performance data & prepare actionable reports for clients. Collaborate with creative and copywriting teams for high-impact ad assets. Stay ahead of

Meta platform updates

and algorithm changes.

Requirements

2+ years

of proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with

6-figure monthly spends

. Strong understanding of

Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Custom Audiences, and Lookalike Audiences

. Demonstrated success in

reducing CPC while increasing ROI

. Proficiency with

Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking tools

. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage

multiple client accounts

efficiently. Experience with

remarketing strategies

and funnel building. Strong communication skills and ability to explain ad performance to non-technical clients.
