Responsibilities:
Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Manage advertising budgets, bid strategies, and campaign targeting to maximize ROI and achieve performance KPIs.
Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target relevant customer segments with personalized messaging and offers.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and conversion funnels for maximum performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align campaign objectives and ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks for the business.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an E-commerce or digital marketing environment.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Hands-on experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or other attribution and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimization strategies.
Proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset and passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Experience with E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a plus.
