Senior Meta Ads Specialist

to manage

Facebook & Instagram advertising exclusively

. This is a senior role for a performance marketer who has managed

high ad spends

, delivered

proven ROI

, and can validate their results with real campaign evidence.

You must be comfortable working the

night shift in Mountain Time Zone (MST)

and running campaigns independently in a fully remote setup.

Salary

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize

Meta ad campaigns (FB & IG only)

Build full-funnel campaign strategy: Awareness ? Traffic ? Leads ? Conversions Create and scale audiences using: Custom Audiences Lookalike Audiences Retargeting pools Interest & behavior-based targeting Optimize performance for: ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality Execute structured A/B testing on: Creatives (Reels, video ads, carousel, static images) Headlines, primary text, CTA variations Audience clusters and segmentation Manage creative fatigue and refresh strategies proactively Ensure accurate Meta Pixel event tracking and validation Provide weekly and monthly

ROI-focused performance reports

Stay updated on Meta algorithms, policies, and optimization techniques

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Facebook & Instagram Ads

Must have spent

thousands of dollars in Meta advertising budgets

Must provide

verifiable ROI/ROAS proof

(reports, dashboards, or case studies) Expert-level understanding of: Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite Meta Pixel setup, custom events & conversions Audience segmentation & funnel optimization Placement and creative performance analysis Scaling strategies without losing efficiency Strong analytical and reporting skills Self-driven, highly disciplined, and remote-work ready Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
