We are seeking a results-driven Freelancer Facebook Ads Manager to plan, launch, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate advertising and will be paid performance based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Facebook ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads for real estate projects. Define target audiences and create custom audiences for precise ad delivery. Write compelling ad copy and select engaging creatives (images/videos). Monitor campaign performance and optimize for best ROI (CPC, CTR, CPL). Set up conversion tracking and retargeting ads. Prepare weekly performance reports and share insights for improvement. Coordinate with the marketing team and sales team to align ads with business goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Facebook Ads (minimum 1 year preferred). Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and ad targeting tools. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Knowledge of real estate or experience generating local service leads is a plus. Strong communication skills in English and Bengali/Hindi.
