Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Facebook Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of experience to manage, optimize, and scale our Facebook advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and performance analytics to drive ROI-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage high-performing Facebook ad campaigns (including Meta platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Messenger).

Develop and test strategies for customer acquisition, lead generation, brand awareness, and retargeting campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and implement real-time optimizations to meet KPIs and business goals.

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and audiences to drive improvements in CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives aligned with the brand strategy.

Utilize Facebook Pixel and Meta Events Manager to track conversions and optimize performance.

Create weekly/monthly reports to communicate performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.

Stay updated on Facebook algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and industry trends.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Facebook/Meta Ads.

Proven track record of managing large-scale Facebook ad budgets with measurable ROI.

Deep understanding of performance marketing, funnel strategies, and analytics tools.

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM/marketing automation tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Facebook Blueprint Certification is a plus.

Experience with other paid platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads is an advantage.

Background in e-commerce, B2C, or app marketing is a bonus.
