Facebook Ads Expert

with at least

2-3 years of experience

in running successful ad campaigns, specifically with a proven ability to generate

high-quality leads

to help drive lead generation and grow brand visibility across these platforms.

Key Requirements:

Experience with Facebook Ads

: 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns and optimizing for lead generation.

Lead Quality Focus

: Proven ability to not only generate leads but also ensure that the leads are of high quality and likely to convert.

Social Media Expertise

: Strong understanding of how to grow a brand on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

SaaS Experience (Bonus)

: Experience in running ads for SaaS companies is a plus, as understanding the unique challenges and selling points of SaaS products will be beneficial.

Campaign Optimization Skills

: Ability to continuously optimize ads for better performance, using data and analytics to inform decisions.

Responsibilities:

Develop, launch, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns with the goal of generating quality leads. Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies to improve results. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ads. Test and experiment with different ad creatives, targeting options, and strategies to find the most effective combinations. Track and measure lead quality to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals.

Nice to Have:

SaaS industry experience, understanding the unique sales and marketing dynamics of SaaS. Knowledge of

retargeting

funnel strategies

, and

email marketing integration

. Experience with other ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a bonus.
