to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for

lead generation

and

e-commerce brands

. Experience working with a

digital marketing agency

and managing

international clients or projects

is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage high-performing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns. Run effective

lead generation

and

e-commerce

ad campaigns across multiple industries. Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and ad testing strategies (A/B testing). Optimize campaigns to reduce CPL, increase ROAS, and drive consistent conversions. Monitor daily campaign performance and deliver actionable insights. Prepare campaign performance reports for clients and internal teams. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages. Stay updated with Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

2-4 years of hands-on experience in Facebook Ads management. Proven experience running

lead gen

and

e-commerce

campaigns. Experience working with a

digital marketing agency

is a must. Prior experience handling

international clients or global projects

. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver measurable results. Excellent communication and client interaction skills. Candidates from Delhi or willing to relocate for a full-time office role are preferred.
