We're now expanding our paid media team and looking for a

Facebook Ads Executive

who can handle multiple accounts, build creative funnels, and optimise campaigns for growth.

What You'll Do

Plan, launch & optimise

Meta Ads

for eCommerce and lead generation clients (national & international). Manage multiple ad accounts, ensuring proper campaign structure, targeting, and creative alignment. Create and test ad copies, visuals, and A/B variations for best CTR & ROAS. Set up tracking pixels, events, and custom conversions through Business Manager. Analyse daily performance data and share actionable insights with the team and clients. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to execute full-funnel campaigns. Stay updated on Meta's algorithm updates, Advantage+ campaigns, and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

1 - 2 years of hands-on experience managing

Meta Ads

(mandatory). Strong understanding of

campaign structure

,

audience targeting

, and

budget optimisation

. Experience with both

lead generation

and

eCommerce (sales/retargeting)

campaigns. Comfortable using

Meta Business Suite

,

Events Manager

, and

Ads Manager Reports

. Analytical mindset -- ability to interpret data and make ROI-focused decisions. Clear communication skills and accountability in delivering results on time.
