About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead ROI-driven paid advertising efforts on Facebook, compose relevant ad copy, create new campaigns, develop and implement A/B tests on copy and landing pages and publishing a weekly ROI report
2. Understand organization goals and how to maximize those measures of success through tactical strategies, technologies, and data analytics
3. Manage and monitor growth by implementing campaign solutions; build campaigns, monitor and optimize for performance and work towards performance driven marketing objectives
4. Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated 360 degree, digital marketing campaigns within the timelines and budgets
5. Create and manage keyword lists, audiences and placement targeting for search, display and remarketing campaigns
6. Assist in copywriting and graphic design concepts for ads
7. Support the generation of new paid campaigns, ad groups, audiences and accounts and grow overall paid search marketing initiatives
8. Implement A/B testing to continuously improve ROI
9. Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, techniques and technologies to suggest new and innovative ideas to grow accounts
10. Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives
