Job Description

1. Project Planning & Coordination

Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation for facade works. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Review facade drawings, BOQ, specifications, and technical documents.

2. Execution & Site Management

Monitor day-to-day facade installation activities at site. Ensure materials, manpower, and machinery are available as per project timeline. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and safety compliance.

3. Technical & Quality Control

Review structural calculations, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings. Ensure proper installation of aluminium, glass, ACP, curtain wall, doors/windows, spider glazing, etc. Address technical issues and coordinate with design/fabrication teams.

4. Vendor & Client Management

Liaison with clients, consultants, and facade subcontractors. Attend project meetings and provide progress updates. Handle approvals, material submissions, and mock-up inspections.

5. Cost & Documentation

Monitor project budgets, variations, and material consumption. Prepare MIS reports, daily/weekly progress reports. Maintain all documentation including drawings, QA/QC reports, safety logs, and handover documents.

6. Safety & Compliance

Ensure all facade activities follow safety standards and local construction guidelines. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure PPE compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field. 8-20 years of experience in facade/civil construction industry. Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, glazing, curtain wall, and cladding. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
