Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced

Estimation Engineer

with strong expertise in facade systems to manage cost estimation, BOQ preparation, budgeting, and value engineering for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets. Study drawings, specifications, and prequalification documents. Analyze labor, material, equipment, overhead, and contingency costs. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing. Perform value engineering and cost optimization. Support project teams with cost analysis and reporting. Ensure compliance with facade standards and building codes.

Required Expertise

Strong knowledge of facade systems: Unitized, Curtain Wall, Semi-Unitized Cladding, Steel Fabrication, Skylights Doors, Windows, Handrails Understanding of fabrication and site installation processes. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and

Excel-based estimation tools

. Ability to read design, shop, and fabrication drawings.
