Key Responsibilities:
Prepare facade system designs, shop drawings, and structural details.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
Review and analyze architectural and structural drawings.
Manage material selection, fabrication, and installation for facade works.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors for project coordination.
Maintain documentation of design approvals, test reports, and facade mock-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.
4-5 years of experience in facade design, fabrication, or installation.
Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, ACP cladding, glass facades, and curtain walls.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other facade design software.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
