Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Facade Engineer

to join our construction/design team. The Facade Engineer will be responsible for the design, analysis, coordination, and supervision of facade systems--including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, louvers, and other architectural elements--ensuring performance, safety, and aesthetic standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review facade system designs (aluminum, glass, ACP, stone, etc.) in coordination with architects and structural engineers. Prepare structural calculations, material specifications, and technical drawings for facade systems. Conduct thermal, acoustic, wind load, and waterproofing assessments of facade designs. Oversee and coordinate the installation of facade systems on-site to ensure quality and compliance with drawings/specifications. Evaluate vendor and subcontractor shop drawings and material submissions. Conduct mock-up testing, inspection, and quality assurance of facade components. Collaborate with internal project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance milestones related to facade packages. Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety, and sustainability standards (e.g., LEED, IGBC). Support tendering processes with technical input and BOQs for facade systems.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
