?? Hiring: Facade Designer - Inventor Modeler ??

We are looking for a skilled Facade Designer - Inventor Modeler to join our design &

engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D facade models using Inventor & AutoCAD Prepare shop, GA, fabrication, and installation drawings Model curtain walls (unitized & stick), cladding, glazing, and louvers Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams Extract BOQs, schedules, and material take-offs Update models based on RFIs, design changes, and site feedback
Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor's in Engineering or related field Experience as an Inventor Modeler - Facade Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and fixing methods Understanding of BIM standards, LOD, and coordination workflows Good communication and attention to detail

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
