Requirement ID: TMHR0033 Job Title: Fabric Stock Keeper Location: AP-1", Rajlaxmi Commercial Complex, Village Kasheli, Tal, Bhiwandi Department: Warehouse / Fabric Inventory Management Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Fabric Stock Keeper with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The role involves managing fabric stock inventory, ensuring accurate records of receipts and issues, and maintaining systematic storage of fabric materials. The Fabric Stock Keeper plays a vital role in supporting production by ensuring the timely availability and proper handling of fabrics. Key Responsibilities: ₹ Maintain accurate records of fabric inward and outward stock. ? Perform regular stock verification and reconciliation with system records. ? Ensure fabrics are stored properly to avoid damage, shrinkage, or loss. ? Issue fabrics to production teams as per approved requisitions. ? Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies. ? Handle documentation related to fabric receipts, returns, and transfers. ? Coordinate with purchase, merchandising, and production teams for fabric requirements. ? Generate daily/weekly/monthly fabric stock reports for management. Qualifications: Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. ? Experience: ₹ Minimum 3 years of experience in stock keeping or warehouse management. ? Prior experience in the fabric, textile, or garment industry is mandatory. Skills: ₹ Knowledge of fabric types, GSM, rolls, and storage methods. ? Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or inventory management systems. ? Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. ? Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling. ? Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Preferred Qualifications: ₹ Experience in handling large-scale fabric inventory. ? Familiarity with fabric inspection and quality parameters. Compensation: ₹ Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ?25,000 (Based on experience).
