Heavy Fabrication Technician

for its Chakan, Pune facility. We are looking for skilled and dedicated individuals with a background in metal fabrication to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabrication & Assembly:

Construct large metal components and structures using processes like cutting, welding, and machining.

Blueprint Reading:

Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precision in fabrication.

Quality Control:

Conduct inspections and testing to maintain product quality and compliance with safety standards.

Machine Operation:

Operate heavy fabrication equipment including welding machines, CNC machines, and hydraulic presses.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve issues during the fabrication process.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in metal fabrication or a related field (vocational training or apprenticeship preferred). Proficiency in welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, SAW). Ability to read blueprints and operate fabrication machinery. Strong physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
