Job Description

:

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator Fitter to join our team at Kidzlet Play Structures Private Limited. As a Fabricator Fitter, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of playground equipment and structures.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble metal components to construct playground equipment according to technical drawings and specifications. Operate tools and machinery such as saws, drills, welding equipment, and grinders safely and efficiently. Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure precise fitting and alignment during assembly. Weld and join metal parts using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC) to create strong and durable structures. Conduct quality checks and inspections on fabricated components and finished products to ensure compliance with design standards and safety regulations. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of materials and components used in fabrication. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fabricator Fitter or similar role in metal fabrication, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols. Skilled in using fabrication tools and equipment such as welding machines, grinders, saws, and measuring instruments. Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC) and metalworking processes. Strong attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and adherence to quality standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy materials and operate machinery safely. Relevant certification or vocational training in metal fabrication, welding, or a related field is advantageous.
