We are looking for an experienced Fabricator to join our villa development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, on-site installation, and structural works related to premium residential villas.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design plans.
Fabricate and assemble metal structures such as gates, railings, pergolas, staircases, etc.
Work with tools such as cutters, welders, grinders, and drill machines.
Carry out on-site installations at villas and ensure alignment with design specifications.
Perform quality checks and ensure high finishing standards.
Collaborate with civil and finishing teams for integrated execution.
Conduct routine maintenance and repair of fabricated items as needed.
Adhere to safety standards and company protocols.
Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of fabrication experience (villa or high-end residential projects preferred).
Knowledge of different types of metals and fabrication techniques.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of construction site safety.
