Weld through different welding techniques and positions such as GMAW, FCAW, MCAW / 1F-4F & 1G-2G
Weld steel parts and aluminum chassis for trailers and farm equipment
Operate basic hand & air tools (die grinder, angle grinder, drill, etc.)
Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
Operate previously set-up brazing or soldering machines to bond metal or to fill holes, indentations, and seams of metal
Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment
Requirements
Education: Completion of high school is required. Trade courses are an asset
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in welding is required. If the candidate does not have at least 3 years of experience, then a post-secondary education certificate OR Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program is required.
Training will be provided - in-hour or out-of-house training, hands-on training.
Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge are required. (properly start and shut the machine, working with the tools safely, not scared of using new tools)

Benefits
Salary: $28.00 hourly, 40 - 45 hours per week.

Important information: Flexibility on schedule is required. The candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Overtime (extended hours) may be required based on the business needs.
