Plan, schedule, and supervise daily fabrication activities.
Ensure adherence to production plans, drawings, and specifications.
Monitor progress and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
Ensure all fabricated components meet company and industry quality standards.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
Conduct in-process and final inspections; implement corrective actions when needed.
Enforce compliance with quality procedures and documentation requirements.
Oversee use and maintenance of fabrication equipment (welding machines, CNC, plasma cutters, etc.).
Manage inventory of raw materials, tools, and consumables.
