Job Description

Production & Workflow Management

Plan, schedule, and supervise daily fabrication activities. Assign tasks to welders, fabricators, machinists, and other shop personnel. Ensure adherence to production plans, drawings, and specifications. Monitor progress and adjust resources to meet deadlines.

Quality Assurance

Ensure all fabricated components meet company and industry quality standards. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols. Conduct in-process and final inspections; implement corrective actions when needed. Enforce compliance with quality procedures and documentation requirements.

Safety & Compliance

Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct safety briefings, hazard assessments, and ensure proper PPE usage. Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.

Team Leadership

Supervise, train, and mentor fabrication staff to build skill and performance. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Promote a positive work culture, teamwork, and discipline.

Equipment & Material Coordination

Oversee use and maintenance of fabrication equipment (welding machines, CNC, plasma cutters, etc.). Coordinate preventive maintenance and report equipment issues. Manage inventory of raw materials, tools, and consumables.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve workflow. Support lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate production records, timesheets, and quality documentation. Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management. Communicate status updates and issues to management and project teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
