Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Fabrication Supervisor with strong knowledge of technical drawings and Auto Cad. The ideal candidate will oversee fabrication shop activities, interpret engineering drawings, and ensure production quality and efficiency in line with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate fabrication shop floor activities.
Read and interpret technical drawings and Auto Cad files for production.
Allocate tasks to fabrication staff and ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve drawing or production issues.
Monitor material usage, minimize waste, and maintain inventory levels.
Train and guide team members on fabrication processes and best practices.
Maintain daily production and performance reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
