Supervise day-to-day fabrication activities at workshop/site
Ensure fabrication is done as per approved drawings and specifications
Study and understand structural/fabrication drawings (GA, shop drawings, etc.)
Monitor quality of fabrication and ensure compliance with quality standards
Coordinate with quality team for inspection and documentation
Handle client/consultant visits, inspections, and technical discussions
Guide and manage fabricators, welders, and helpers
