Job Description

The Fabrication Supervisor shall be responsible for day-to-day supervision, coordination, and execution of structural fabrication, process piping, and mechanical assembly works for skids and compressor packages, ensuring activities are carried out safely, as per drawings, approved procedures, quality requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise structural steel fabrication, piping spool fabrication, and skid / compressor package assembly Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, WPS, ITPs, and method statements Coordinate fit-up, welding, bolting, alignment, and installation of equipment, piping, valves, and supports Monitor manpower, tools, consumables, and daily productivity Coordinate with QA/QC, Planning, and HSE teams for inspections, progress, and safety compliance Ensure proper material identification, handling, and traceability at shop floor Close punch points, support inspections, and ensure readiness for testing and dispatch

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma/B.tech/B.E - Mechanical Strong hands-on experience in structural fabrication, process piping, and skid / compressor package assembly 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas EPC, skid-mounted systems, or compressor packaging projects
