Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible

Fabrication Supervisor

with at least 2 years of experience to oversee day-to-day metal fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will ensure quality control, timely delivery, and adherence to safety and process standards on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily fabrication activities on the shop floor, including cutting, welding, grinding, and assembly. Allocate tasks to fabrication workers and ensure efficient manpower utilization. Monitor production schedules to meet daily and weekly targets. Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the fabrication process. Inspect materials, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness and safe operation. Coordinate with the design and planning teams for job clarity and drawing interpretation. Enforce safety rules and ensure proper PPE usage by all workers. Maintain logs of production, labor hours, and material usage. Provide technical guidance and support to workers as needed. Report delays, issues, or resource shortages to the production head promptly.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a fabrication or manufacturing setup. Strong understanding of fabrication techniques such as welding, plasma cutting, bending, etc. Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards in fabrication. Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
