Job Requirements





We are looking for a skilled robotics and automation specialist with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and programming ABB and Fanuc robots used in welding, painting, and washing operations. The role also involves vendor coordination for maintenance and health checks of robotic systems.



Work Experience





Key Responsibilities:



ABB MIG Welding & Pick-and-Place Robots:



Troubleshoot and program ABB MIG welding robots and pick-and-place robotic systems.


Ensure optimal performance and integration with production processes.



ABB Painting Robots:



Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and programming of ABB painting robots.


Maintain paint quality standards and robotic precision.



Fanuc Washing Robots:



Handle troubleshooting and programming of Fanuc washing robots.


Ensure cleaning efficiency and system reliability.



Maintenance Coordination:



Plan and coordinate with vendors for periodic health checks of all robotic systems.


Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities and ensure timely service execution.



Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering



Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with robotic safety protocols and preventive maintenance. Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. Good communication and coordination skills.
