Job Requirements





We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining various welding and pressing equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of automation systems, hydraulic circuits, and industrial robotics, along with the ability to coordinate with vendors for service and AMC activities.



Work Experience





Key Responsibilities:



Welding Equipment Expertise:



Troubleshoot and maintain Resistance Spot Welding SPM, Seam Welding, MIG Welding, and Laser Welding equipment.


Ensure optimal performance and process efficiency of all welding systems.



Hydraulic Systems Maintenance:



Diagnose and resolve issues in hydraulic circuits for 40-ton and 60-ton pressing machines.


Perform preventive maintenance and ensure safety compliance.



PLC Programming & Troubleshooting:



Work with Mitsubishi PLCs (FX3 & FX5 series) for programming, diagnostics, and system optimization.


Modify and update PLC logic as per operational requirements.



Industrial Robotics Handling:



Manage ABB Frame Welding Robots including troubleshooting and basic programming.


Ensure robotic systems are aligned with production goals and safety standards.



General Equipment Maintenance:



Operate and maintain fume killer equipment.


Conduct periodic health checks for all machines.


Coordinate with vendors for service schedules and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities.



Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience with Mitsubishi PLCs. Familiarity with ABB robotic systems. Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
