Candidate must have experience in

Perform

Inward, In-process, and Final (PDI) Inspection

of fabricated parts and assemblies. Manage

PPAP

(Production Part Approval Process) and

NPD

(New Product Development) parts quality documentation. Conduct

Product & Process Audits

to ensure compliance with internal and customer standards. Monitor and implement

QA & QC plans

effectively across all production stages. Ensure fulfillment of

customer-specific quality requirements

and maintain necessary documentation. Handle and resolve

customer complaints

, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of

fabricated parts quality defects

and their corrective measures. Familiarity with

ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 3834-2

standards and implementation. Good knowledge of

welding processes

, including

WPS (Welding Procedure Specification)

,

PQR (Procedure Qualification Record)

, and

WPQ (Welder Performance Qualification)

. Hands-on experience with

gauges, measurement tools

, and

inspection instruments

. Proficient in preparing and maintaining

quality documentation and reports

. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
