We are looking for a

Fabrication Production Supervisor

to oversee daily fabrication activities and manage the production process. The ideal candidate should have experience in supervising fabrication work, coordinating with teams, and ensuring products are completed with high quality and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and supervise daily fabrication and production activities Assign tasks to fabricators, welders, and helpers Monitor cutting, welding, bending, assembly, and final finishing Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications Check product quality and maintain safety standards Coordinate with the store, design, and quality teams Maintain daily production reports and manage workflow Ensure timely completion of orders

Requirements

Minimum

2 years experience

in fabrication or production supervision Strong knowledge of fabrication processes Ability to lead and manage a team Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to read and understand technical drawings Immediate joiners preferred
